Welcome to Young Professionals of Midland (YPM), an initiative United Way of Midland.
YPM is dedicated to providing career-minded individuals with opportunities to develop socially and professionally in the Permian Basin. YPM as an organization helps individuals transition to the Midland area, builds new relationships, and increases networking opportunities and friendships between all young persons across the Permian Basin.
YPM's membership base is full of people from diverse professional and personal backgrounds in the Permian Basin; including education, engineering, non-profit, and healthcare. We host numerous community outreach, leadership & networking, and social events throughout the year to serve our members and promote positive community awareness.
